If you are open to a few quick tips, I would suggest is to use the rounded edges feature to get a small highlight on those sharp edges. I would also push that bottom left piece further from the camera so its reflection isn’t cut off, leaving a dark spot at the bottom of the image drawing my eye there.
Minor little things that could help make this render look even better!
Nice! I’m with Luca, the rounded edges would sure add something. The infinite sharp edges of models always are a hint it’s a render since they don’t really exists in real life. I’m happy giving something rounded edges can also be done without actually creating bevels on the models, saves a lot of work which also creates a model that’s harder to change.
I forgot who but there’s another Luminarie who’s into sprockets, for bicycles though.
